Terms and Conditions

1. We offer a pre-paid residential low-cost telephone service.

2. Communications 2000 reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.

3. The service is currently only available from the UK, using a touch tone phone to make calls to overseas, unless stated otherwise.

4. Payments can be made with a credit card or a debit card on the phone to set-up a pre- paid residential account or by other means as stated by the customer service. The credit card holder must be 18 years of age before the account can be accepted.

5. All prices and credits are inclusive of VAT.

6. Communications 2000 reserves the right to change the rates by giving 7 days notice to the customer.

7. Calling from payphones and Mobiles may incur a surcharge. The customer is fully responsible for all the calls made through their account and to keep the allocated PIN number secure. Details of the account should not be disclosed to anyone. If any misuse is suspected, then you must inform our customer services department immediately and we will allocate you a new PIN number for your account.

8. Calls can be made to all the destinations as stated on our rate card and the service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

9. The customer will not misuse the service to inconvenience anyone else, for example, make obscene calls, use abusive or indecent language or cause any kind of annoyance or anxiety to any one. In the event we reserve the right to terminate your account without any notice.

10. The service is not free of faults. The customers must ring the help-line number to report any kind of faults occurring to the service and every effort will be made to restore the service to normal as soon as possible.

11. Communications 2000 will not be liable to you for any failure to provide the service for any reason, which is beyond our control. For example, omission of other telecom- munication service providers, failure caused by fire, flood, explosion, accident, war, strike, governmental requirement or act of God.

12. Either party upon giving a written notice to Communications 2000 can terminate this agreement. In the event we reserve the right to charge £4.95 as administration fee for closing the account. If the balance in your account is Zero, the administration charge will be waived.

13. These terms together with any supplements issued form an agreement between the Customer and Communications 2000.
