Q) Can I use this service from any phone?
A) You can use this service from any touch-tone phone in the UK.

Q) How can I check if I have a touch-tone phone?
A) Press any digit on your phone pad and if you hear a continuous beep, you have a touch-tone phone. If you hear a series of clicks then it is a pulse telephone. You will have to either press * before dialing the access number or check your phone for a switch that converts phone from pulse to tone.

Q) Can I use this service from anywhere in the world?
A) No, this service can only be used from anywhere within the UK (except certain parts of Ireland).

Q) What if I want to make a follow on call?
A) Do not hang up, simply press the # key after you have finished your call to make a follow on call.

Q) How can I check the credit remaining on my account?
A) Simply press # key after your call, or press # key on connecting prompt after entering your PIN.

Q) How do I get monthly-itemized statement?
A) Itemized bills are sent strictly on customer's request & incur an extra charge of £1.95 per month.

Q) How do I put more money in my account?
A) Simply call customer services, and we will credit your account within 10 minutes (provided a credit card is being used).

Q) Can I have my account on automatic top-up so that I do not have to ring customer service every-time for a recharge?
A) Yes you can. We will require your credit/ debit card statement as proof of id before providing this facility.

· Calls from payphones incur an extra charge. Your mobile service provider may levy a charge on the access number.
